and individuals. It is a simple yet sophisticated way to find businesses and
individuals based on keywords that represent things like your products, services, skills, expertise,
languages, hobbies & interests, etc. When you register, you agree to abide by The
Terms and Conditions that form the agreement between you and Ez2FindMe for the use
of the Ez2FindMe service and all other services that may be offered from time to time
to you by Ez2FindMe.
By registrering with Ez2FindMe, clicking "Yes, Sign Up", and using this
site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. MEMBER ACCOUNT
When you register with Ez2FindMe, you will need to provide us with current,
complete and accurate information about yourself. You will also have
to choose a password and an account name and your email address. Once
you complete the initial registration page you will receive a confirmation
email that you will have to accept in order to activate your account.
You will be responsible to ensure the confidentiality of your password
and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all

9. TERMINATE/DISABLE YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Ez2FindMe may terminate and/or disable your membership and prevent your
access to any part or all of the site and any related service(s) at
any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately,
for any reason whatsoever. Upon termination of your membership, your
rights to use the site will cease immediately.
Ez2FindMe will be under no obligation to forward the contents of the
site. If you wish to terminate your account, please click sign-on and
select "Delete Account" from the "Account Info" section.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are to be governed and construed in all respects
in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard
to its conflict of law provisions.
